Update Version 63-64

This patch is a hotfix, that will fix or adjust the following things:

• Added proper description to Psychic Skills
  • Aqua Impact
  • Glacial Shards
• Fixed Aqua Impact to apply the 15% crit as Sanctified Skill
• Reduced cooldown for the world bosses needed for event to 60 seconds
• Removed drops from the world bosses needed for event (temporary)
• Fixed the Revelation Potion
• Added TinyDal Pants to boutique (fashion file submitted by player)
• Added a new protection system to upgrading Crown of Madness and Wings of Ascension, if player does not choose the new upgrade before the timer ends, it will automatically choose the new item. As well if player disconnects, it will automatically choose the new item. (This should prevent any further materials loss)
