(1.6.2 Client) Update Version 13 - Expansion 1.6.5

The following changes were applied:

• Cube of Fate is no longer the farming spot for new Sanctified Skills.
  • All skills were added to their corresponding NPCs:
    • Ψ - Sanctified Skills -> Placed in the Tomes XI, XII and XIII available at Royal Knight Hector
    • Φ, Ω and Σ - Primal/HS skills -> Place to Vyn Ren, the Trainer

Note: The cost at Vyn Ren is identical to the previously available Homestead/Primal Skills (Primordial Blood, Mirage Sky Pages)

• Fixed the Celestial Tiger Scoreboard
• Fixed the Icebound Underworld Client crashes
• Cube of Fate was reverted back to its original rules in terms of PVP rooms and won't be involved in obtaining new Sanctified skills
• Removed Fate Forge from Archosaur West
