(1.6.5 Client) Update Version 21 - Hotfix

This is just a small hotfix regarding the patch from yesterday. Here is what was adjusted:

• The Icebound Underworld Quest! is now available. 
• Previously missing requested Titles were now added
• Fixed the issue with the new Multi-mailing system that didn't let you claim stored mails and other issues related to it
