Changes

• Halloween Event has officially ended
• Fixed the display of Chienkun cost within Forges - It will now display the requirements even if you got 0 Chienkun Stones in your inventory
• Terrain outline was enabled
• The horizon should look better now
• Made improvements about the distance of the rendering of the Horizon
• Bloom Settings were added - Scale the colorization as well as the brightness
• Fixed Water Fog color
• Fixed Rune descriptions 
• Fixed the description of Reaper Form (Duskblade) it will display now the proper text
• Fixed all bug reports that were sent to us throught the Bug report menu (Thanks for informing us and sending them in!)
• Genie Skill relentless courage was fixed to properly scale the Channelling and actually give as much as it says
• You can obtain at Veteran Roberts 3 potions for 2 Yin Yang Twin Stones
• The pill Crimson Soul Powder was fixed to give the proper speed increase
• Dungeon changes (Globalized):
  • You can only teleport out a Squad based dungeon if you are still in your Squad - During the Counter (kick out state)
    • Note: These changes apply only to players leaving their Squad/Being solo - You will have to wait the whole countdown if you left your squad
• Sky Splitter Ripper (PvE) and Sky Splitter Sniper (PvE) in the Cauldron of Ascension forge are now adjusted to require the proper previous weapon
• Added Illusion Stone to The Silver Pool
• Fixed Description on Schism items in boutique
• Fixed Position on Halloween Elf/Tideborn wings
• Added missing Shifting sky Pill in Cubi shop
• Made Neverfall keys tradeable
