(1.8.3 Client) Update Version 20

The following things were adjusted:

• All Sanctified Skills were made trade-able from Royal Knight Hector
• Fixed ΩBlack Voodoo skill description (Psychic)
• Applied a Fix to reported Coming of Age quests - Community feedback required to verify its functionality now
• Fixed Guild Interface issues and Guild Chat issues - also all things related to it
• Fixed the sound of footsteps for the new Beast-forms
