(1.8.3 Client) Update Version 22

Due to our prepartion patch for Blood Spirit our core files were updated and a live testing has began. These are the few things this patch is addressing as well as some reports from our players, that we included within this small patch.

Adjustments and Improvements:

• Fixed Bounty Order items to be time-bound again
• Fixed Divine Order items to be time-bound again
• Fixed Action points menu, to work as intended
• Fixed Fashion sets showing in both Boutiques
• Fixed teleport to Black Mountain (Tusk Town) getting stuck
• Fixed Animation on the Spark skills for Wildwalker
• Fixed Red Squirell pet - was previously displayed as an ERR
• Fixed Wardrobe fashion and pigments to be sorted
• Added description to custom beast forms skills in the skillbar
